Golden Bay Real Estate is a boutique agency based in Pattaya, founded by Warisa Raktham (Joy), Sabina Khemchandani, and Bhuvasa Serikhongrit (Ann) — three experienced professionals with deep roots in the local real estate market. With experience dating back to 2005, our team brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a passion for connecting clients with the right properties — whether for investment, lifestyle, or relocation.
Since launching, we’ve welcomed two additional experienced partners to the Golden Bay team:
- Wanthida Dobbs (Takky) – A specialist in houses and land in East Pattaya, particularly around Mabprachan Lake and Pong. With over 15 years of experience, Takky is known for her efficiency, area expertise, and strong local network.
- Natsirimon Nonnararhat (Noolek) – With nearly 19 years of experience in the Pattaya real estate market, Noolek has a well-rounded background in both sales and rentals. She is fluent in Thai and can communicate effectively in English and Chinese, allowing her to assist a broad range of clients.
